    Can I check the balnce of a personal loan without ringing up ?

    Would it be possible to do so via PM on boards ?

    As we don't have access to account details here we would be unable to check this for you via PM. 

    To check the balance on your loan, please call Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365, our colleagues will be happy to check this for you. 

    Just to mention, the majority of our loans can be added online to view the balance on Bank of Ireland 365 Online. 
    You can add the account for viewing online by going to the Online Service Desk tab on the 365 Home page and then select Add an Account from the drop-down list and select the type of account you wish to add. Please note that it can take 5 working days for an account to be added online.
