M9 Works between Ballytore + Kilcullen Exits

M9 Works between Ballytore + Kilcullen Exits .... seems like there is another exit being built, does anyone know where that is going to? I think what looks like a flyover is being built as well. Anyone know what is happening there? Found this online but its limited info.
