Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

But your wrong about everything else, she was charged but never prosecuted for overtaking the old man on a continuous white line.

Yes, the photo posted later in the thread by a helpful person shows that the Megane was hit by an oncoming car, not an overtaking car.
I mentioned nothing about impact statements, learn to read :pac: twat

And a good day to you, too, sir.

Funnily enough I didn't come up with all sorts of excuses as to why I shouldn't be to blame, and it was in the country and all, sure apparently you can do anything out the country cause there's no buses (I must have missed that lesson while growing up out there).

    As are you...

And I moved out to the countryside a few years ago ( still only 35 mins from the city centre) and there is one bus into town at 6am or something crazy like that and one back out passing us at half 7 in the evening, other than that your walking or driving. Iv plenty of family in proper rural areas and there is zero public transport. So there is merit in what has been said.

Iv also been in countless overloaded taxis, minibuses, mates cars since moving out here. It was either overload or walk.
