    Hello,

    I would like to cancel my BOI Business Online Banking facility. Could you do this for me if I provide my account details, or can you provide me with an email address for customer service?

    Thanks for your query today.

    To cancel Business Online you will need to send a letter on headed paper to your account holding branch. This letter should be signed by both of the Business Online Administrators  in your company.
