Requesting EStatement

    How do I go about requesting an Estatement for the past three months and usually how long does it take for it to appear in my 365 account. Thanks

    Hi statto25, 

    Thank you for getting in contact with us here on Boards.ie. 

    You can order an up to date statement by calling Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365 / 00353 1404 4000. Please select option 1 (existing BOI Customer), option 1 again (Services on your account), option 5 (All other services) and finally option 1 (To order a statement) in the self-services menu. 

    If this is requested before 3.30pm on a working day the statement will produce overnight and be ready to download the following working day. 

    We hope this helps and if we can assist you with anything else, please don't hesitate to let us know.
