Everyone complaining that they're stuck in an office on a day like this, try working a ten hour shift in a kitchen and then get back to me :o

    Ok, you win.

Attractive young ones get wolf whistles anyway. Got a few in my day. It's nice. Don't have the feminists say it demeans women. It's a good feeling.

I hate this weather, I'm cooped up inside by choice. God forbid UVAs and UVBs be beating down on top of my lovely pale skin.

We have a hot tub that well get into later, but not until it cools down

You don't even have to do that. I was on O'Connell Street (the Dublin one) a little while ago and this beautifully dressed, attractive young woman walked past me. She was wearing a short, pale grey flouncy summer dress and carrying a huge handbag in the crook of her elbow. What she didn't realise was that the hem of her dress was caught in the handbag and her right arse cheek was exposed for the world to see!

    To quote Hande hoche!
    That sounds quite pleasant.

Nothing better than a cheeky eyeful :)

This reminds me that my baby tortoise is inside at home with a UV bulb rather than outside in this wonderful sunshine :(

I'll bring him out for some evening rays though :)

Lexie, nothing wrong with a few rays, tis good for ya. Go out the back and bask...you know you want to.

Fúcking ROASTING in Clare  I'm looking out the window now and I can see one measly little cúnty bit of blue sky across the bay in Galway, but over here, noooooooooooo, roasting and completely overcast, the trees look like stupid fúcking statues of themselves there's that little breeze, some arsehole obviously decided to give the milk a little holiday from the fridge earlier which I only discovered after I poured it into my coffee, bloody dog is splitting her time between panting like a pig in heat and slurping water like a pig at a trough and for some fúcking reason licking the floor, the clothes are sticking to me, there's bastarding flies and wasps everywhere FÚCK THIS, fúck it altogether, jesus.

If you're pissing it as quick as you're drinking it, then you don't need to be drinking that much.

23 degrees in Maynooth. I'd only love to be out sunning myself but my allergies are holding me hostage. Sad face.

Stupidly walked from Chapelizod to town after work at lunchtime and got fairly sunburned.Went to eat my lunch in the grounds of Trinity but was packed with annoyingly loud foreign students. Then had to stand on a swelteringly hot, packed bus from College Green to Kilmainham on the way home because the entire upstairs was full of more annoyingly loud foreign language students going to Kilmainhmam Gaol, and they're obnoxious tour guide didn't seem arsed to tell them to keep the noise down or move bags off seats!

I hate the sunshine,it just brings out the eejit in people!

How dare students eat their lunch in college!

I'm in an office with no windows so it could be snowing for all I know. Very hot snow. I've no air-conditioning but I have a fan. If I turned off the fan for 10 minutes, I'd probably collapse.

(I think I might turn off the fan.)

In the garden topping up my tan :D

Who can go out on a Wednesday afternoon to top up their tan? If we eliminate all the potential options including pimps, dealers and billionaire investors we end up with one:

    The UNEMPLOYED.

Our taxes are paying for her? tan. Lazy git.

Oh you're "topping up" your tan. This suggests multiple foreign holidays. Our taxes are paying for her? holidays. Lazy git x 2.

    ;)

27° in sunny Donegal today, too warm to do anything but soak it all up.

Who's out enjoying the sunshine and who can we laugh at being cooped up inside on such a glorious day?

I'm on holidays here since Sunday, Donegal is beautiful in this weather, fantastic beaches and hardly a sinner on any of them WTF

I like hot days, but I always stick to the shade and try to move as little as possible. Sitting in a cafe, in the shade of the trees, etc. I don't understand how people enjoy sitting directly in the sunlight on a baking day for more than a few minutes. Where I live now it can get really hot during the summer, so I try to remain inside during the early afternoon or at least stick to the shade.

The best time is the evenings though when it's warm and there's a breeze with no direct sun. I just don't understand people who sunbathe. Tans are nice, but for me the feeling of dehydration and headaches are not worth it.
