Calculating total period of employment for redundancy calculations

    Hi, I was employed by my current employer for 15 months before being given a permanent contract. There was no break in service between the contracts. Can this be considered part of my years of service in calculating my statutory redundancy payment? I have been employed over 2 years on my permanent contract
