VRT increase and fine for late payment

    I just VRT'd a 2008 520D SE.. The VRT was 2300 when I bought it... When I went to book the inspection there was a waiting list of 4 weeks... When I went to pay the VRT I had to pay a fine as the car was in the country more than 4 weeks and the VRT went to 2800

    Hardly my fault I couldn't pay before the 4 weeks as the center was booked up, the people in the NCT center told me to right to the revenue but I cant find their details.. Anyone have an email address for the revenue VRT?
