There was a song that went "face down, ass up, that's the way we like to fvck" by a band called 2 live crew. In it's self a bit obscene I guess, but the fact that all the girls my age (12/13) in school loved it and used to run around singing it at the top of their lungs seemed to cause quite a few shocked looks from people.

I don't know about the most offensive, but I remember a few years ago my little sister was playing that song that goes "Come on rude boy get it up, are you big enough," and I was so shocked I said, "This is a very rude song!"
