I have a few friends coming over to Cork soon. We have not the room to put them up, so am looking for any self catering houses/apartments which do short stays? They will only be here a week I think.

If it is over the summer, it might be an idea to look at student accommodation.

Garnish House on Western Road has a self-catering facility, iirc. Sleeps up to 8, I think, so might be pricey if there's only a couple of them.

The Best Western in Montenotte has self catering apartments. Know several people who have stayed there.

Then you have the hill to deal with - grand going in but a pain coming back.
