Trying to pay bill online

    Hi
    Tried to log on to eircom.net.
    Said password was wrong.
    Went to reset password.
    Email sent to me with link to change password.
    Immediately went to email and clicked on link.
    Link said it had timed out, or words to that effect.
    Tried on my Mac in Safari and Firefox.
    My wife also tried on her PC in Firefox, same result.

    Is there a problem?

    There are no reports of issues with my eircom however I will look in to this to see if there are any recent issues unreported and get back to you as soon as I have more information.
