Problem with course offers

I applied for a course in NCI and a PLC. The results are out on the 13th and first round offers are out on the 18th. The plc course wants the fee paid on the 21st but if I get an offer in the second round that's €450 wasted. What do I do ?

Wait and see what your results are. You should know by your results if a place in NCI is likely or not in the first or second round. If you don't know by the 18th, ring the PLC college.
