I've cut and pasted a wall of text from the web onto a Word document and it's in the following format

    xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxx
    xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx
    xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx....

Basically short sentences .One after another. Is there a shortcut to join all the text together into one wall of text that I can format late. At the moment I have to click the curser to the start of each line and click backspace to join every thing up which is taking an eternity.

Try paste into notepad first, that should strip-out any formatting, then copy and paste into word.
