I'm in Fontaine de Vacluse in the middle of a massive electrical storm. Biblical stuff. Dark as night at six pm. Great fun and will be over in an hour. Welcome relief from the heat and great fun.
    Where are you ?

I should have kept in touch with this thread. Was there in August but moved onto St Mullins Lots of space there beyond the graveyard down on the riverbank. Restaurant also, not sure it would be open now.

Any of you guys ever stay in Dungarvan?

Sorry for posting on such an old thread but we're here again in Graiguenamanagh via Inistiogue and Thomastown. Last time was the October weekend and we promised ourselves to come back in the summer. A delight and with the sun shining on the river walks and as nice as anywhere we've seen on Europe over the past weeks. And the pubs have Guinness!
Why aren't these towns overflowing with tourists? They should be - they are unspoilt and authentic and in a setting as beautiful as anywhere in Europe.
