Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just a word of warning: if you order something and the item arrives broken, wrong size etc, they really shaft you! Had a broken mug in the last order, smashed to pieces, and they wouldn't offer a full refund!

Surely in this instance you can just go into the nearest stote?

had issues with paypal, visa, visa debit, ended up registering a new a/c with a different email address & then paypal worked fine

If your with PTSB then they had problems this morning with visa debit

Couldn't pay with PayPal, didn't have my card details handy, very annoying. Oh well!

Anyone using the o2 money card should pay in euros as o2 charge a fee for all other currencies.

I used a Visa Debit earlier about 10pm with no problem. Are you with PTSB by any chance?

Nah, with Bank of Ireland. But after clicking on PayPal for like the 50th time, it finally worked and I was able to pay using it. Discount code was still valid too even though it well past 23:59 :D

Some of their prices are mental - they have tracksuit bottoms for €1.80 and that's before the 20% discount!

    http://www.sportsdirect.com/slazenger-open-hem-woven-tracksuit-bottoms-mens-492001?colcode=49200122

I still managed to spend over €100 but I swear I needed at least half of the crap I bought :pac:

Code PERKS20 now working for 20% off.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,404 ✭✭✭✭vicwatson

Baxtards cancelled the deoderant part of my order, no real problem with it but they shipped it before, now they are saying they don't ship deoderant spray internationally !

They could tell you this via a pop up when you go to "add to bag" as you'd be some peed off if you ordered 5 cans of deoderant and a packet of match attax and it ends up you paid stg4.99 delivery for a packet of cards to be delivered !!!

Had the same experience with one of the gift sets. It was only a last minute add on and not one of the things I really wanted. I wonder if its to do with the aerosols and some couriers unwillingly to take them.

    PS delivery is free nonetheless.

    yep mines.

They have been very slow to send out tracking numbers lately. Some coming after the order has been delivered. And the order section on the site is useless.

    Use their contact form: http://www.sportsdirect.com/CustomerServices/ContactUs/ContactForm

For subject click "Where is my order?" and provide your name, order number and email. You'll get your tracking number emailed to you in a few minutes.

It's unlikely that any orders from the weekend haven't been dispatched yet.
