Temp Files in Laptop

Please let me know how to delete the following 3 temp files:

1. scoped_dir2488_12077
2. dropbox.sqlite_ext.{5f3153-5bce-5766...................


3. dropbox.sqlite_ext.{5f3153-5bce-5766...................


When I try to delete item #1, I get the message "can't delete because the file is open in another program"

I have no idea what the other program is?


When I try to delete item #2 & #3, I get the message "can't delete because the files are open in Dropbox"

I do not have Dropbox open?

Close dropbox from the processes tab in task manager

I do not know what the files do. I delete as many as I can of temp files in that folder because I understand if there are a lot of temp files there it can slow down your laptop/computer.

Ccleaner (piriform) will be your friend then. It'll clean up all those temp files for you
