    All that matters is it illegal in ireland anyone who promotes such a scheme here if found guilty faces 5 years and large fine.

    Don't get worried as a criminal defence barrister I always look at the worst possible outcome which is good for most of my clients but for one or two it still means jail time.

    And I have searched for and not found answers and have asked you and other members questions the answers to such questions would remove any doubt. But no info, I'm sorry to say the I thought it was legit guv may not work and I'm actually been serious these schemes need to be stopped.
