What is it then? Explain how it works.

...you may not think you are promoting it but you are and if just one person follows your lead and then the post about illegality is linked to you say hello to a prosecution.

I am free to discuss AGN without any repercussions.

So money from members and investors, so the company is paying members from funds paid by members well that's a Ponzi and if it is using shareholder funds to pay members I would think the SEC would be interested.
Why do you think the company is registered and based in Belize where BB is also based.

If it is not a Ponzi yes if it is then it may be a jury or a judge that decides, if a person is shown to promote it.

I don't think it is a Ponzi but what makes you think that I am recruiting anyone?
I repeat, I am here to discuss AGN.

Have you encouraged anyone to invest.

Exactly, what's illegal in one jurisdiction is not necessarily illegal in another.

All that matters is it illegal in ireland anyone who promotes such a scheme here if found guilty faces 5 years and large fine.

You interpret non-negative comments to be promotional.

It matters not what I interpret its what a jury does, I ask again have you encouraged anyone to invest I remind you of your right to silence.

You get money from people you have referred which is a ponzi/pyramid scheme like hearts and BB.

    What point?
I have said several times that I don't think it is a Ponzi.

And you said you have no idea of the legality of it.

And you said you have no idea of the legality of it.

I don't know if BOI is operating legally.
Like I said, I'm not qualified to comment.

Don't get worried as a criminal defence barrister I always look at the worst possible outcome which is good for most of my clients but for one or two it still means jail time.

Good deflection, but a reasonable man would believe BOI was legal would a jury believe the same of AGN.

That's a relief...I was about to reach for the bottle.

Once again, I'm not in a position to discuss the legalities of how they're operating.
I'm making the assumption that what they're doing is above board.
We're going around in circles now.

But why are you worried you think its legal, your only issue is if you continue to promote it and its a fraud.

And I have searched for and not found answers and have asked you and other members questions the answers to such questions would remove any doubt. But no info, I'm sorry to say the I thought it was legit guv may not work and I'm actually been serious these schemes need to be stopped.

    What's this "continue" business?

That answer may not go down so well with a jury.
