    Gonna keep a log of what the hhhhell I'm doing:

    Today,
    Tricep dips 10x10, 10 seconds rest between sets
    Incline chair push ups 10x20, 10s rest, nice and deep
    Decline push ups 10x10, 10s rest
    5km run, <18minutes

    A totally half assed workout, with the sole aim to look better in my XXXM t shirt this afternoon

    Yet another T shirt workout. Worst log ever.

    Bench 50kg - 8x8 30s rest
    Cable crossover - worked up to 16kg each side 8x8
    Tricep pushdowns, pull ups, sit ups - **** knows, few sets, got bored
    Dips 5x5 with various weights

    Tomorrow, 5km with 16kg haversack... my justification for such a poor session today!

    It's from japan, for some reason the price tag had it as XXXM...!

    Size medium, the beta of clothing sizes :D
