To be honest its a fair enough result - seemed to be waaay too far overreaching to ban him from training (which is all friendly games are anyway).

That'll be the end of it hopefully, he'll get to go back to training, get to play a few practice matches, and return a few months into the season.


The Pulis thing....if that happens its just insane - unless its a case of him walking.

Bench is the general consensus. Sturridge will start most games.

He might be worth throwing into your team if Sturridge gets injured and we don't sign any other forwards.

We'll still make loads of chances so he's bound to nab a few goals and presumably he'll be dead cheap.

I'd guess he won't be starting much early on - mostly bench appearances.

He's 7.5 and considering we'll play a 4-3-3 with Sturridge, Lambert is pretty bad value. Better options out there IMO, Bojan or Ings would be better.

Thanks,why is there such a 'love in' for Bojan...he had great potential at Barca but I think he's a bit lightweight!...would Charley Austin be an option?

I've taken a punt on Bojan but my brother follows Ajax, where he was last season, and says he's absolute muck so idk really. Austin is another good option, bit like Ings, scored loads in the Championship. I'd say he could reach double figures depending on how well Qpr play and if he plays with Remy up front or on the bench.

No big surprise there really regarding Suarez. Time to lump all your money on him scoring the winner in El Classico on his Barca debut methinks!

So Sergio Romero talks supposedly taking place with Sampdoria who are keen to do a deal. He could be viable back up but also put some pressure on Mignolet, as he is the Argentine No. 1 after all.

Be interesting to see if this deals goes through.
