I'm heading away on holidays soon for about 10 days. I had wanted to brew & bottle my next batch (Brupak's Czech Pilsner) but I think I've left it too late to bottle it before I head away. If I was to brew it just before I head off would it be ok to leave it in the fermenter for say 2 weeks before bottling it when i get…
