Depends what sort of event you would have in mind but you could try Catoca Fine Food (Emo Tea Rooms /Belvedere House / Riverbank Theatre, Newbridge) or the Gallic Kitchen in Abbeyleix.

They both offer offsite catering and are both on facebook.

Bosco ( gala shop) on the mountrath rd portlaoise does basic food too for parties.

There's someone in ballacolla too. That does food etc for christenings Communion's etc
