Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Insurance renewal before test date

    I'm in a bit of a situation at the moment, I'm currently a named driver on my mums licence (6 months policy). However, my insurance cover will be up within a 1-3 weeks prior to my test date. Is anyone aware of some way I can get covered on my mums car for my test date instead of going for a full years policy? I intend on buying a car of my own once I pass so it's wasteful for me to buy a new policy on my mums car.

    call them and ask for a quote for a month. If they won't, ask if you can be removed from the policy during the year and the amount refunded.
