I'm a few posts in so I said I'd make it all official!

I run a suckler farm with my parents and I write part time for a regional newspaper in the midlands.

Calve around 30 Limousin, Simmental and Charolais. Finish a few heifers, sell the weanling bulls.

    The wrong side of 30!

34 year old part time suckler farmer here. Married with two young kids, 1 boy and 1 girl. Farm part time in North Wexford/ South Wicklow along witb the father. Two separate herds but looking seriously at the partnership model. Run a blue bull with continental cows. Nope no turbo bought it as a none runner clutch was stuck to the flywheel.
Went into the back end and it was just a money pit.
I spent a while working on injectors and injector pumps so I learned how to get the most ponies out of her and she would fair surprise you.
Spends it's springs on a mulcher and it's summers on a rake and a wrapper
