Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    it's obviously a good idea.

the idea that it wasn't going to be introduced was pathetic.

I think it will have an even better impact in the PL, as the wall moving forward was always a source of frustration for me, and something I think refs just let go.

Hopefully they'll cover Lee Cattermole in some.

Thought it was bizarre when I first saw it in the WC, but really liked it as it went on...

I know if I was young I'd be nicking my dad's shaving foam to replicate it down the park.

Gillette are sure to welcome the news that it has been adopted by the PL and that the surge in sales from the World Cup will continue.

Gillette, the best a ref can get!

I've been saying this for years, delighted to hear that its going to happen. The big advantages are that free kicks become the advantage they should be and we get more playing time because less time is wasted with the wall at free kick time, its just a simple stepping job and spray for the referee and, if its even needed, a few cards will make sure that players don't cross the line.

Will it not just be washed away on one of those famous wet Tuesday nights in Stoke?

The EPL have been congratulating themselves on the decision for the last 24 hours despite firstly ignoring it for 10 years and then saying that they wont be using it when the WC was on.

Just like goal-line, whenever a good thing comes in, it takes about 10 years to implement. It will be about 20 years until we can start tracking off-sides with GPS. The current thing being talked about is managers being given 2 appeals per game. We wont actually see for another 10 years.
