Castlepalooza - vodafone Cherry points

Hey guys, I got a ticket for Castlepalooza using vodafone cherry points, but when I tried to redeem the voucher online it wouldn't work. Does anyone know if the voucher counts as the ticket? It says on it that it has to be booked online, but none of the strings of numbers/letters on the voucher or confirmation email worked…

Hey guys,

I got a ticket for Castlepalooza using vodafone cherry points, but when I tried to redeem the voucher online it wouldn't work. Does anyone know if the voucher counts as the ticket? It says on it that it has to be booked online, but none of the strings of numbers/letters on the voucher or confirmation email worked as a promo code so I'm a little lost. I've tried emailing Castlepalooza organisers but no reply yet, and there's no phone number for them that I can see and I've had no luck in trying to figure it out through Vodafone.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
