Breezy fresh day here in Achill. 1002hPa, fresh wnw'ly at 28kph. 16 degrees, passing clouds but, after light rain showers last night and this morning, it's been dry most of the day.
Overall it's been a nice sunny couple of days, and we are optimistic that we will be able to see the supermoon, ISS and meteor shower tonight.

Lot of quick moving showers today in North Kerry, not as frequent in the last hour or so, not sure exactly how much rain ( emptied 14mm from the manual gauge at about 11.00 this morning which included rain from 19.00 yesterday, had another 2mm since.

Nice out now in the sunshine at 17.8C, been slow getting to that temp, low of 11.1

Breeze from the West, much windier this morning , blustery in the showers.

Must get out and make the most of it.
