Why does my dog smell like popcorn?

    Not really an issue, just curious.

    She just smells really really like popcorn! Like, good popcorn, cinema popcorn! :pac: I was thinking it was the smell of sweat, but I didn't think dogs sweat... Anyone got any idea? :)

    Dogs do sweat.
    They sweat in their paws.
    Smell there to see if the smell is stronger and enjoy a good whiff. :)

    When I was in Belgium back in the 90s I took myself off to see a movie in the cinema, it was in Ostend, and sitting right in front of me was a man with his big black dog sitting in the seat beside him. I love the way they can bring their dogs anywhere, restaurants, cafes, cinema lol

    The same for Spain (bearing in mind i was there in the early 00's). I thought it was brilliant to see.

    Some dog's paws do smell of popcorn. It's just one of those things. There's some sort of civet type thing that smells like chocolate.

    civets eat the coffee beans and then people sell the civet poo as coffee ?

    First I'd just like to say yuck, coffee.

    I think I heard about the animal on QI. I just googled it and it turns out it's actually a butterfly. I think I'm confusing it because they talked about the civet coffee in the same episode.

    Fancy confusing a butterfly and a civet. I feel silly now.
