Armagh were brilliant to watch and kicked 16 points from play on a horrible wet evening.

Agree that Monaghan are poor so far.

Thought the Armagh match was fine considering the conditions. A lot of good kick-passing from Armagh I thought, solid defending too.

Does McManus seem to dive a lot?

That's a few games now I've seen him and thought he seems to go down rather too easily and immediately look towards the ref.

Not sure about that but he does get an awful lot of aggressive handling/defending so a lot of the time he probably has been genuinely fouled.

He's a massive whinger though.

Maybe it is just me and clearly he gets a lot of attention from defenders.

But he does seem to go down easily, maybe diving was the wrong word to use.

From what I saw, one Kildare defender slapped across the Monaghan forward and then Emmet Bolton and the forward fell together.

Just shows what a balls they made of the Stadium that you get soaked sitting in the stand in the first 40 on rows

Jumping on a guys back is a deliberate pull down IMO.

Should be a black card.

I'm going for Kildare and I'm delighted with the first half but that was a disgraceful decision.

Conditions have got even worse for this game. Kildare are playing some good football.If I was Jason Ryan I'd bring on Tomas Connor, he's got great hands and on a wet day the ball needs to go into the full forward line direct and twice Monaghan have been caught out not following runners from long balls being delivered into the full forward line.

Emmet Bolton is on a hat trick I wonder has a defender ever scored a hat trick in the championship before?
