Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, can anyone specify what steps to take to get back into the locked out phone:

the wrong password was entered too many times to which we now need the gmail account and password.

Unfortunately, even after a reset of password on the pc, the phone still not accepting the password:confused:

Tried taking out sim/battery/turning off etc, but no change and the only screen coming up is the gmail login one. No other way to get into phone:eek:

    Please help.

    Thanks

cant you force a factory reset?id say that would bypass it but it would lose all data, power+volume down if i remember right.

Projectgtr - thanks, had thought of doing a complete reset, so we will try now as I didn't know how to without being able to get into the phone:)

Edit: The buttons for this are Power and middle (Home) button :-) He's delighted it's working again!!!
