Lot if information about how households are charged
How will farms that are connected to council supply get charged
How would one make a guess as to what will be charged before and after meter installed

If farmers are using water commercially from the mains they should be paying anyway, just like any other business does. We just drilled a well in each yard and at our out farm for irrigation purposes.

Farms, certainly were always metered in Wexford anyhow.
I know one getting a 5 k bill regularly before they sank their own well and never looked back.
