After a lot of counting letters on some of the past posts in this round I think I might finally have it or at least be close (hopefully and fingers crossed!:-D)
Is it that only the letters RGB have value. (just like the colours themselves have 'rgb' values)
R value = (8,0,0)
G value = (0,8,0)
B value = (0,0,8)
So you get 8 points for every R, and every G and every B.
This will then give you a 'score' made up of 3 different numbers.
This 3 numbered score relates to what colour you score us.
For example my earlier post:
"This game is great fun"
- contains 1 letter R, 2 letter G, and 0 letter B.
If each letter is equal to 8 then that gives me a score of:
(8,16,0)
-which is the rgb value of the hex colour that you scored me for that post.
It works for some other posts too.

Okay, I'll retire for now. I hope you enjoyed the "game" (so far). Well done to those who solved rounds ... it's impressive that y'all managed to solve all but the first round with minimal input or hints from me. Congrats to namenotavailabl for sticking with it at the start and solving the most rounds (thus winning this part of the game), to Blisterman for pushing forward some very logical inputs and solutions in some of the most difficult rounds, to Betty Blogs for solving the last two (most challenging) rounds after just jumping in (very impressive) and to TommyBoy for all his/her involvement and some very entertaining posts right from the start, and to all the others who took part in this exceedingly strange game.
Anyways, y'all have the idea. It's open mic from here on in. Stick to a week deadline as a thread rule, that's my only advice. And keep the scoreboard going.
And I guess I can't post links since I have 0 posts but in case there's interest, the first time I tried this was here: http:// forums.intpcentral.com/showthread.php? 48377-The-Abductive-Game (a now nearly dead forum but one in which folks knew me).

okay....right then, I shall give the scoring a
hesitant go... Won't take anyone a week to figure-out this rounds rules, I suspect.
Aim of the game: figure out the rules by viewing the scores.
