Right, a friend of mine owns some land that runs right into lough cullen and ive always wanted to put a caravan there but seeing as its very wet land and floods, this will be difficult. I've thought of constructing a small house boat and leaving it in the lough. Is there any laws stating that a boat shouldn't be in same…

If the mooring is connected to private land you might be ok best to check with WI first, also think about how will you deal with water,waste and electric.
