Difference in price, do you know why?

I wanted to check the property register and noticed there is a difference in price on actual property register website and daft.ie property register website. Apparently daft.ie pulls data from Govt. property register and enhance with more data.

Any ideas why price is different or is it data quality or bug!!

At a guess, they're new builds and the higher price is VAT inclusive, the lower is ex VAT.

I followed up with daft, you are right, reason is VAT, daft shows with VAT and property register websites shows prices without VAT
