    Hi All,

Quick query in relation to the "living in Australia on a valid visa for four years".
I arrived in Oct '10 on a 417 (WHV), got 457 in June '11 and PR in Sept '13.

Does this mean i can apply for citizenship in Oct this year as i have been here 4 years (with 1 being PR) or is it 4 years from when 457 kicked in?

    Thanks in advance.
    Em :)

Yes 4 years of living legally, as long as 12 months Permanent resident then you are all good.
