VHI: 3 month claim period

    Hi all,

    Just wondering if anyone has had success recently with VHI paying out on a claim submitted after the three month period (just GP expenses)?

    I have read on another discussion forum whereby a member appears to have been given quite a grace period. (Not a member of the other forum however, hence me asking here).

    If you have been successful, have you just chanced sending in the receipts and awaited their response or have you put in a phone call first?

    Yes, sent in two claims recently, one for the period mid 2012 to mid 2013, the other for mid 2013 to mid 2014. Both were paid without question. Same with Laya.
