Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    RAMSEY STARTS.

As expected, third-choice keeper Emiliano Martinez makes his Champions League debut for Arsenal. England midfielder Jack Wilshere is fit, despite limping off against Hull at the weekend.

Arsenal: Martinez, Chambers, Mertesacker, Monreal, Gibbs; Flamini; Sanchez, Wilshere, Ramsey, Cazorla; Welbeck. Subs: Huddart, Bellerin, Rosicky, Arteta, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Podolski, Campbell.

I thought it was his best half for Liverpool tbh. That's not saying much but his movement was quite good at times.

I wouldn't be rushing to sign him (again :()

He's not petulant or lacking effort, he just looks completely devoid of any kind of form....not a viable FPL prospect for the forseeable.

For me, it's not just form. He's really not all that good a footballer. Living of a reputation for having potential. Barring a short spell when he first broke in at inter, he has never shown himself to be a top player for a prolonged period.

But because he's petulant/has a bad attitude people presume there's a good footballer in there. In my opinion he's not half as good as people think.

Alcaraz is brutal so I'm avoiding him. The only hope he had is if Distin was totally out of favour.

I presume Coleman was just rested to ease him back after injury?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,588 ✭✭✭daithijjj

Naismith just rested was he?. I thought Martinez said nobody was tired at Everton? :) Happy enough with that ahead of Sunday.

Tottenham 2 goals so far - Lamela with a beauty just few seconds ago.

Lloris has a good game too.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,685 ✭✭✭✭wonski

    Lamela with another goal.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,685 ✭✭✭✭wonski

Kane wearing Lloris clothes after a red card:D

Hattrick and being a goalkeeper in the same game?

Edit: Poor defending from Kane. 5-1.

Damn, Oscar is playing tonight. Wonder if it'll mean he won't play at the weekend. Plenty of time in between now and then I suppose.

Good man Mario! The beginning of a hot streak? Might get him in for Costa ;)

Fernandez red for violent conduct? Would be a blow to Swansea to lose him for 3 league matches

Going on past seasons Oscar is a player that's not a fantasy selection, be prepared for dissapointment!

Anyone have a theory which game Cesc is going to get that yellow now?
