    Hi. I hear Today FM are doing 5k is September. One in cork on 18 Sept at 1pm (strange time?). Anyone know what the route is in Cork. Want to know will I make it and is it worth it if I leave a half day from work in Bandon

    Presume it's along the Marina but don't know for sure. I entered myself as it's only around two miles cycle from where I work.

    first 2k are jog with ray. you can run after that
