Not getting broadband service I'm paying for.

    Hi,

    I'm at my wit end with my internet service at the moment.

    Over 1 month ago my internet started acting up, it continually cut off, and would remain off for about 15mins at at time, this would happen at all times of the day and night. I rang ye and I was assured my line would be tested and the exchanged checked. After all this the issue continued.  A new modem was sent out and the issue continued.. I was sent the unresolved text to number several times and I get a response saying I will be contacted within 24hours. 
    I have paid my recent bill but now regret doing so because I am not getting the service I am paying for.
    I am based in north cork and believe a number of residence also have the same issue.

    Can you please contact me for my details as possible to resolve this issue.
