Website check please

A customer is having problems accessing this particular website.
I've tried it on several PCs and browsers with no joy.

I can get to the website fine but when I click 'Log in Here' I get page cannot be displayed. All attempts so far have been on Eircom connections.
To rule Eircom out as the problem, could someone check it on a non-Eircom connection please?

The company claimed today that everything was fine and they could access it from their office.

just tried it with UPC, i get server not found (Firefox). Definitely something wrong at there end.

Works here on UPC for the first page, then the login link goes to http://smarteducation3185.smhost.net/lms/sm.view and fails.

Tried that but it doesn't check the full log in link just http://smarteducation3185.smhost.net which it reported as down.

Wanted to double check.

Yeah, it's def an issue with smarteducation3185.smhost.net
smhost is up btw so it's the subdomain that fails.
