Hello, I received my final bill on 27th of June, just over €50 in credit, I was wondering how long does it take for a refund to be processed and is it automatic? Thanks

Hi nothing, this is usually 4 to 6 weeks from day account was ceased. If you do not receive this in that time please let us know and we will chase for you.
