They are terrified of being killed by women in battle. Kurdish regiments of women only soldiers have Isis ****ting themselves, I say any of them caught should be put in a room with a few butchy bitches and fought until death. Straight to hell with them then!! This is literally the only thing they fear about battle!

    Girls!!!

It should be made clear to Muslim communities that in the search for radicals and jihadists, if they are not fully with the authorities in countries in which they reside then they are against them. The wandering jihadists scoff at the soft underbellies of their adopted countries, y they must have the smirk wiped off their faces with relentless hassle, deportation, exclusion, internment in camps totally apart from the civil prison system.

    Totally agree.

I know the point of the statement, but in reality it doesn't make sense.

One of the reason's Gandhi's pacifism 'worked' was because the behaviour of the British Empire was being scrutinised like never before, and because the British could not afford a new conflict. Gandhi was an amazingly principled human being, whom we could all learn from, but there were multiple reasons behind his successes. Pacifism is not always the correct response. "An eye for an eye" is a crude way of putting it, but sometimes brutality must be met with brutality, otherwise you'd be speaking German right now.

Some of those comments are horrible.

"Fi Mu or go back to your ****ing country if you dont like it in Netherlands. Europe is for Europeans. Not neck beards."

We live in a crazy world where this sort of stuff is going on and the media make more out of the US waterboarding clowns like these guys.

ISIS should be obliterated. Leave none alive. Show no mercy. Kill every last one.

What's worring is that the man that killed james foley was a successful rapper in London, sorry I'm on mobile can't embed videos.

They have already excluded that guy as being the coward behind the mask in these videos. Whoever he is, they now know and he will be nothing more than a pile of ashes to be pissed on by wild animals before the year is out.

I hope Isis know what they are doing !

It's my opinion that they have just poked a sleeping lion in killing a British civilian.

Britain doesn't have the same criticisms to face as USA, and I think they have both the support, and war power to annihilate them.

Why don't ISIS attack Israel? Genuine question.

Because they're not stupid. Israel would make mince meat out of them.

I think Britain is more dangerous than Israel tbh ....
There's few countries with the same warfare experience as Britain , and Britain have some real heavy weight allies

Of course, but I thought the OP was asking why Isis don't attack Israel, when Israel is occupying the territory that Isis claims is part of its Caliphate.

The issue is there is a terrified, subjugated civilian population at stake here, people who have spent generations under one tyrannical regime or other and who deserve to be liberated insofar as is possible.

Resistance, intelligence and infiltration are the best weapons against IS, but where concentrations of their guys are discovered or they take up military posture, they should be attacked with the most ferocious weapons available to the coalition, shock and awe has its role.

Also the gloves need to come off in Britain, France, Germany and in Ireland also. Yes, serious issues need to be addressed here. Political correctness has often allowed extremists to hide under the 'culture' banner and claim that extremism is culture.

Islam need to be examined and given the same scrutiny as everything else. Extremism in Islam is a massive problem and cannot be ignored or written off. Islamic extremism poses massive problems because:

    1. Such extremists have no value whatsoever for life. They kill, they brainwash others to kill and they even brainwash others to kill themselves in suicide bomb attacks.
    2. They have friends in high places. ISIS and al Qaeda are rich and a blind eye is turned to their funding sources because it upsets the realpolitik of oil deals.
    3. They control a lot of drug dealing, money laundering and scams that make them rich too.
    4. Priests in Mosques often accept their finance in return for staying silent.
    5. Some Mosques have radical priests who often are not even qualified and who incite hatred.

How does one recognise a potential 'Islamic extremist'? Well, anyone wearing OTT garments like Burqas or long beards for starters. But these are more the brainwashed than the terrorists. The terrorists often deliberately dress and live like we do so they can operate un-noticed. They are clever and dress in Western gear, drink alcohol and hide their anti-West views. The 9/11 hijackers were all examples: extremists who showed a modern image.

Now, without the brainwashed, the fascists would not thrive. So, those wearing funny clothes and beards do need to be educated that none of this has anything got to do with Islam. Islamic priests need to be more vocal on things too: those helping terrorists launder money in return for silence don't deserve to be representatives of religion period.

Catholicism has had a very dark period. The Spanish inquisition ironically defeated a moderate Islamic Caliphate in Spain and replaced it with a violent 'Christian' tyranny akin to what todays 'Islamic' extremists are doing. Back then, Islam was the progressive and moderate religion and Catholicism was the repressive and intolerant religion. Islam has been hijacked and derailed by criminals of the worst kind in recent years but hopefully like Catholicism it can rise above these and I am sure eventually moderates will rise up and ask for their religion back from these fascist tyrants that seem to have the stranglehold on Islam almost in every country.

Does a half burqa and a short beard (which we'll define when we find out what a long one is) add up to an extremist?

Why does Obama and US call them ISIL and others call the them ISIS.?

Why does Obama and US call them ISIL and others call the them ISIS.?

ISIL = Islamic State of Iran and the Levant.
ISIS = Islamic State of Iran and Syria.

But they're both the same thing.

Why does Obama and US call them ISIL and others call the them ISIS.?

There's two names for the group, depending on the translation used.

Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), and Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

Since June they are calling themselves Islamic State (IS).

And that's only three of them. Here's a more complete explanation.

I think this is wrong but would have more saport than just saying there are a group of people who want a Islam state.

The other people have always been called what the other side-like to call them.

Only in the last few years have been able to get their name out and
    ........

Media don't know what to call them.?

What I am saying is the name of the group would not be in English and not be .......

Believe it or not, they want to destroy Hamas, Islamic Jihad and the Muslim Brotherhood first for being too moderate. Once they have eliminated the other groups, then and only then will they tackle Israel. You honestly couldnt make it up.

Mind you, senior al-quaeda leaders have recently said "ISIS? No, we didnt invite those guys, they must have come with somebody else". If youre too extreme for al-quaeda....

That is a bit 'no true Scotsman' for my liking. ISIS may be the thin edge of the wedge but their buddies in arms like Hamas and Al-Qaeda should also be militarily routed out and destroyed. Islamicfascism is a scourge. Meanwhile Tony Abbott is sending 600 Australian personal to the Middle East in an effort to help destroy these animals.

Will there be any calls from Irish TD's to help or as per usual we talk a good fight but lack any balls for action.
