    Does eircom have a contact email address that one can write to when it suits them? Or do i have to sit by my laptop for the day and wait for a member of the eircom team to come online on this forum or that within their eircom website itself? 

    Alternatively does anyone know if they will be on their webside today at all and if so what time? Thanks.
