    I you look at my op I was not that interested in a refund.
    But mostly an exchange.
    I said a refund would be an advantage though

    In all fairness OP, why did you even bother, it's just cardboard covering. Was it that important to go through the trouble for yourself and the retail store over crumpled boxing ?.

    I'm sure we all received parcels half broken, but I am sure the majority wouldn't go back to complain about this, once the item is in working order, it's just a hassle for both parties.

    Don't worry about it kid, no-one is attacking you, it was all about the damaged boxing at the end of the day, there's no malice towards you whatsoever.
