    What are the hoops to jump through I regards to starting a ' cottage industry ' business from a residential premises ( countryside location ).
    Must planning permission be applied for or can one work away without ?

    There could be a lot of hoops depending on your business. Like food you need all the carts etc. hope it goes well! :)
