She would like to live closer to home (for support). There are houses for rent and for sale in that village. Her income is low and it is not an option to move back in with her parents.Does the house need to be on any rental scheme/council scheme? How do you know which houses are available?
If she was to rent a property from a family member (sibling) is that something with restrictions attached?
