Can this be done over the phone or do I need to go into a branch?

    Thanks

    Hi LostArt

    Thanks for your query today.

It's not necessary to call into a branch to cancel your Credit Card.

You can call Car Services on 1890 251 251 / 00 353 5677 57747, a colleague can take this instruction by phone. Please note this can be completed providing balance and Government Stamp Duty on card is paid.

Alternatively, you can call into a branch and complete a customer instruction form.

Finally, you can write your request to Account Closures, 2nd Floor, Operation Centre, Cabinteely, Dublin 18.

Customers usually find calling the most convenient way to close the account.

We hope this information helps. Any further questions, please feel free to ask.

    Thanks
    Alison
