I am trying to link an RF Fob to a new user. I tried going in via the keypad as follows based on a previous post

Select Users......Edit...(Select the required user to edit)...RF Fob......Enable

However, there is no option for RF Fob when I try editing the user. There is no option in already installed users either. Is there a way to enable this option?

It all depends on how the user has being set up in engineer mode.
    Have you the engineer code?

I have the engineer code. I was in engineer mode trying to achieve this. I also tried to edit it after typing in the user code but was unsuccessful with this

Go into the user you want to add the fob to and scroll to enable the fob.
Once you enable the fob it will ask you to press a button to enroll same.

I type in the user code and it brings up the menu with the following options

    Inhibit
    Isolate
    Set Date?Time
    Test
    Event Log
    Chime
    Users
    Change Code
    SMS Events
    Grant Access
    and then back to inhibit

I chose Users, Edit, and get the following options

    Change Name
    Change Type
    User Options
    Valid Code Days
    SMS Control
    SMS Events
    Access Control

I can't seem to find the option to enable RF Fob anywhere

You need to do this in engineer mode.

    Hi,

I tried it in both modes. The engineer mode gives the same user options

    Change Name
    Change Type
    User Options
    Valid Code Days
    SMS Control
    SMS Events
    Access Control

Only the following are available in user options

    Unset
    Partset A
    Partset B
    Fullset
    Restore
    Inhibit
    Isolate
    Bell Test
    Chime
    Walk Test
    Set Time/Date
    Event Log
    Users
    Allow Engineer
    Allow Maunfacturer
    Web Access
    X10
    Change Code
    Force Set
    SMS

All options have an * which I assume means they are available for the user

Have you a wirefree receiver on the system?

Yes, the RF fobs worked previously. I'm just trying to add it for a new user (although neither of the previous users seem to work now either)
