    Some teams I am guessing just play an mmorpg together. This has many of the activities goals inherent and it is where I learned to "work" with a team on a project we enjoyed. Running clans and forums etc.
    But both ways are good I think. I am just personally not into doing something I don't enjoy, in order to learn skills I already believe I have and can build elsewhere.
