Can't believe Benoit lost, his reign was top notch. Same for Goldust, his reign was one of the best parts of the late 90s midcard.

My vote here goes with HHH and HBK. Both had exciting reigns with the belt and both reigns helped establish them as future headliners, and made the belt feel insanely important compared to today.

Jericho was always brill but I think I'll give Bulldog a vote solely on SS92 and him being the only remaining European (Sorry crab:D)
