I assume you do own the airspace! You own everything that goes above your roof to the very limits of the atmosphere although you can't expect air companies to write to every property owner asking permission to fly over their property.
Best ask a solicitor with a knowledge of the relevant law rather than assume it.

You don't own the airspace around your property. If there is a camera on the drone, you have legal grounds to sue for invasion of privacy.

Either way however, it's criminal damage to smash the drone and the owner could very easily sue you for the cost of replacement and have criminal charges filed against you.

Signal jammer. Best way to go.

Indeed you could sue but you might loose. There are a few aircraft flying around with very HD cameras doing aerial surveys etc so just flying over someones property while filming is not an invasion of privacy.
However if the drone was to hover outside a window and try to record through the window that would be a different matter.

If you actually did own the space all the way up to the edge of atmosphere, would it apply to the space beneath your land?

I could see problems if everyone decided to build an underground lair on "their" land at the core of the earth, and billions of peoples properties overlap at the exact same spot.

There is a specific exception that you don't own any minerals etc in the land beneath your house / property. So for example if there was oil there, tough, its not yours. its the State's. Generally speaking though to extract it they have to move you, hence how people turn a profit by being bought out.

I'm also fairly sure you don't own the air space above your house. Its limited to the height of the property or something like that.
